It's very easy to grind game with ranger since long time with blood rites, good statues, drinks and attune mobs and bosses with book and monster. I know enemy patterns, experience rewards, gold/ore drops, that's all the same in new game plus. Since you can get pretty close to finishing upgrades in a regular new game, though, what other ways are there to power up your character? You don't really have to grind, you just have to know how to spend your resources. If able, join some multiplayer lobbies and utilize their town areas, while saving your gold/ore. Always get shaftlocke pickaxe and alway use the alters that require you to sace a stat (if able) for the chance to get ore pickup.

I highly suggest investing in the fountain. It makes all grind way easier. You can maximise your penalties in such a way that youget sooo much more xp, gold and ore. Especially when you combine that with potions. I was grabbing 45* average gold pick up with double ore pick up. Plus 45 * xp.
