That's about 5080 empyreal per run. Can be repeated by another character and they are respawned after meta as far as I know. My rate is 1012 emp fragments per minute. Alternative is Silverwastes. Yes. Rich nodes are 2324 hr respawns. Ori/ancient wood/orrian truffles are on roughtly 24hr respawns. All other regular nodes are on about a 1 hr respawn. This is easy to test if you start gathering items at one end of a zone and take your time gathering/killing and make it back to your starting point after an hour.
